In new iPhone models (from iPhone X onwards to recent), capture a screenshot by simply pressing the Side button and Volume Up button together.

If your iPhone has a home button, then capture a screenshot by pressing the Home button and Side button together.

Give your instruction by saying “Hey Siri, take a screenshot”. Make sure you are running iOS 14 or above for using this feature.
